Michelle & Chris, Winter Wedding Wonderland - Boston

This wedding is another really fun one to add to the books. Both Michelle & Chris were fun and adventurous. Given a January wedding here in Boston, you can't expect anything other than cold, Right? Well, that's what they got! COLD! We managed to get outdoors, get some fun shots, jump out of the limo for a minute or two in the 20 degree weather, grab our shot & jump back in. VERY FUN! We had planned our locations prior to the wedding day, allowing us enough time to get around the city for a few photos & stopping at South Station for a quick shot before arriving to Les Zygomates for their reception.

Melissa & Stephen - Wine Country, Long Island

It’s always nice to get out of Boston to shoot a wedding once and a while. I had a great time with Melissa & Stephen at their wedding in Wine Country, Long Island, NY. Yup, thats right. There is a wine country on the North Fork of Long Island for those of you who didn't know. Regardless if you are thinking of getting married out there or not, it's a must see and a great time with over 50 vineyards to explore.

The wedding was held at the Raphael Winery in Peconic, NY. Unfortunately a tremendous amount of rain fell that weekend which put the entire wedding ceremony indoors. But that never stopped us from going outside for a few great shots.

I have to say that this wedding was the most laid-back wedding I have photographed in a long time.  99% of the couples who hire me are easy going - but these 2 were just to the extreme!

Even with the remnants of hurricane Hanna lurking over their special day, with it's wind, rain and humidity.  It could not have stopped this wedding from getting underway and everybody having an absolutely amazing time. 

Hyatt Harborside - Boston, MA

At the Hyatt Harborside, located adjacent to Logan Airport here in Boston, they have purchased my image for an advertisement in local publications.  Look for my this ad in North Shore Magazine. 

I wanted to thank the couple, Mark and Alicia, (in photo) for taking the time out of their reception to grab the beautiful light over the Boston skyline.  With the many beautiful images that the Hyatt could have used for this specific ad, I am pleased with their final choice!  I have recently become a preferred vendor at this venue, so look for me in their wedding package folders.  

It is an absolutely stunning location for a wedding & the staff is amazing.

Panorama Magazine - Celtics Pride

With the amazing year that our Boston Celtics are having, I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph two of the Boston Celtics dancers, Alison and Alexis, for the St. Patrick's Day issue of Panorama Magazine.

Sand Dollar Villa - St. Thomas USVI - Aug. 5, 2007

I can not tell you what an amazing time I had photographing Ginny & Grant's wedding down in St. Thomas, USVI this past August 2007.  Being in such a beautiful location makes it hard for me to take bad photograph.  From the location of my hotel high above Charlotte Amalie -  to The Sand Dollar Villa where the bride and groom stayed & held their wedding  (aka - Bill Clinton's infamous scandal escape location, no joke!), it was truly a picture perfect setting. 

I am honored to be a photographer chosen to photograph anyone's destination wedding and I couldn't have found a more fun and relaxed couple than Ginny & Grant.  Thank you for an incredible time with all of your friends & family.   

Here are just a few extra images from your wedding that never made it on to ElegantBliss.com - And by the way.  The very last photo you see on this post is approx. 1 minute before I ended up in the pool with everybody else!  What a great time!

Suzanne & Andy 8/11/2007 - Scituate, MA

... You can't ask for a more beautiful day down on the south shore of Boston at the Scituate Lighthouse and then off to the reception @ the Country Club.  I must say, when Suzanne and Andy asked me if it would be okay to take time out of their cocktail hour to make images down the road at the lighthouse, I was thrilled.  I honestly feel that taking time to think about where you would like your portraits and formals to be is important.  Somewhere different is always more fun for everybody as long as it doesn't make your day stressful.  It takes extra planning but I feel it's worth it!
